Connecting inlet lines with a Hutliner®
Renovation of previously milled, leaking or lagging inlet lines in both renovated and non-renovated main sewers using polyester needle felt hat seals, combined with an ECR fiberglass short liner saturated in two-component silicate resin (installation in one work process). Including the preparatory work: Whetting with the diamond segment milling attachment and subsequent cleaning of the overall substrate of the bonding point with high-pressure water in both the main pipe and the inlet line. Each work stage carried out must be documented in film. All the data relevant to the area of damage must be shown.
Renovation length in the main pipe: up to 60 cm.
Renovation depth in the inlet line: up to 20 cm.

Installing the short liner
Renovation of the area of damage in both renovated and non-renovated main sewers using an ECR fiberglass short liner saturated in two-component silicate resin. Including the preparatory work: Whetting with the diamond segment milling attachment and subsequent cleaning of the overall substrate of the bonding point with high-pressure water. Each work stage carried out must be documented in film. All the data relevant to the area of damage must be shown.
Renovation length in the main pipe: up to 60 cm.
Installing a compression plug DN 100 - DN 150
Installing a Schwalm system compression plug or an equivalent compression plug. For the permanent closure of blind or faulty connections. The compression plug is transported to the connection pipe by the sewer rehab robot, installed and braced, including all required work and materials. The plan and pipe report are required which explain precisely the stationing of where the compression plugs should be installed.

Including the preparatory work: Whetting with the diamond segment milling attachment and subsequent cleaning of the overall substrate of the bonding point with high-pressure water in both the main pipe and the inlet line. Each work stage carried out must be documented in film. All the data relevant to the area of damage must be shown.
Renovation depth in the inlet line: up to 40 cm.
